MALIPAYONG BAG-ONG TUIG 2012!
“Mag-ambahan” which means Coming Together
As this year comes to an end we look back to a great year of fulfillment. We step back and recall our annual BisayaBulletin picnic that always encapsulates our celebration of Bisaya camaraderie. Hopefully we gain to increase our networking activities despite hurdles due to the constrained economy but nevertheless we remain to grow in spirit and uphold our roots on cultural heritage and affiliation.
We honor and give homage to the late Sister Marcia Immaculata Antigua of the Good Shepherd Congregation, the foundress of the Dangpanan Project - a shelter for street children and youth. Her project made our dream materialize not to sprint but a continuous marathon in carrying her torch.
Our heartfelt appreciation for patronizing our Tabuan market. We continue to service you and provide our authentic Bisaya lechon, our Lola Andrea's tableya, and CD of Monsignor Rudy Villanueva's compilation of his arrangement of Visayan songs. What a treat for this holiday season. We look forward to adding more in our Tabuan section.
"Mag-ambahan ta sa tuig nga malipayon, isinggit ang hudyaka sa kalipay. Karon ang panahon sa pagmaya, atong iduyog sa malipayong dughan…" (Let’s come together to a happy year and shout our happiness with glee. Now is the time of joy, let’s join and sing together with a happy heart).
From the bottom of our hearts and with glee, Have yourself a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.. Malipayon ug Bulahang Bag-ong Tuig.
Holiday cheers,
